Univah Creator & Partner Guidelines

For YouTubers, Influencers, Educators, and Collaborators

Univah is built on clarity, honesty, and real craftsmanship.
We never exaggerate what our software can do — and we expect the same integrity from anyone representing our brand.
To protect users and maintain trust, all partners must follow the guidelines below.

1. No Misleading Claims

Do not use titles, thumbnails, or statements that:

  • Suggest “1-click” solutions where setup or workflow is required
  • Promise results that are unrealistic or not achievable inside Univah
  • Exaggerate speed, quality, or automation
  • Imply AI/magic results where real work is involved
  • Compare Univah to other products dishonestly

❌ Examples NOT allowed:

  • “1 CLICK CINEMATIC LIGHTING IN UNIVAH!!”
  • “Instant Hollywood VFX in 30 seconds”
  • “Univah magically animates everything for you!”

✅ Allowed:

  • “How to Add Cinematic Lighting in Univah (Beginner Tutorial)”
  • “Real-Time VFX in Univah: Full Workflow Guide”

Honesty is our brand — exaggeration is not.

2. No Clickbait Thumbnails

Thumbnails must reflect the real results shown in the video.

Partners may enhance clarity and design, but must NEVER:

  • Use visuals not made in Univah
  • Show results that are impossible in the current build
  • Dramatize features to mislead viewers

3. Accurately Represent Features

When demonstrating a feature, partners must:

  • Use the real feature as it exists
  • Clarify limitations when relevant
  • Show the actual workflow on-screen

We want viewers to know exactly what they can expect when they open Univah.

4. No AI “dream edits” or fabricated demos

AI-generated mockups are allowed only if clearly labeled as concept or visualization.

They must NEVER be presented as real footage or real Univah output.

5. Respectful Comparisons Only

Partners may compare Univah to other tools, but comparisons must be:

  • Fair
  • Accurate
  • Not misleading

We do not engage in negativity-based marketing.

6. Authentic Personal Experience Required

The partner must:

  • Have used Univah directly
  • Understand the feature they’re teaching
  • Demonstrate real knowledge

No scripted hype videos made by someone who has never touched the software.

7. Transparency With Sponsors / Affiliates

If a partner receives:

  • free licenses
  • early access
  • sponsorship
  • affiliate revenue

…they must disclose it clearly, according to FTC guidelines.

8. Professional Conduct

Partners must not:

  • Harass other creators
  • Create drama content using our name
  • Spread misinformation about competing tools
  • Misuse the Univah brand or logo

We protect the community and the industry.

9. Enforcement

Violating these guidelines may result in:

  • removal from the Univah Creator Program
  • revocation of free licenses
  • removal from affiliate programs
  • request to delete misleading content
  • future disqualification from partnerships

These rules protect every Univah user, and ensure our brand remains respected.
